  2. I second Dear Prabhakar.

The first one "Majhe Maher Pandhari" is Abhang (Immortal Poem) from Saint Eknath & the last one "Tirtha Vitthal Kshetra Vitthal" Abhang is from Saint Namdev.

Above said two and these kind of Abhang from these Saints are very popular in Maharashtra.

The well known Late Ram Phatak is Music director of these Devotional Songs.

  3. Sir, Great Surprise!

I am not a big fan of classical or hindustani music, but the only thing I listen to when I am on the net is Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. Dont understand anything but the spiritual tone of his numbers.

I had been listening to him on in.com who have quite a good collection under his name. For the last 3 years or so, I only listen to Bhimsen Joshi and everybody wonders if I have no choice.

Happy to know you are a big fan too.

    Regards,
    Mahesh aka mvp
